This post is in the spirit of the holiday season and the New Years’ resolutions but it won’t give you an advice how to pick a present for your favorite people. It’s also not about the best holiday dish recipe. It’s dedicated to you and the way you feel about yourself especially if you’re seeking a fresh start in 2017.
These days are filled with a lot of food and drinks which usually leave us not feeling at our best for the first days of the new year. And as a natural consequence – here come the resolutions. We make a list of goals and wishes and we set the deadline to the 31st December:
- I will join the gym next to work;
- It’s high time to go on that fancy diet to lose some weight;
- I will spend 10 minutes every morning meditating and stretching…
These are just a few examples, but the list usually contains numerous goals. Unfortunately most of these goals share the same destiny. Despite our good intentions they will end up also in our next years’ resolutions list.
